American Metalcraft HC4010 Description
Because it has 1-inch deep, straight sides and a diameter of 10 inches, the American Metalcraft HC4010 pizza pan is great for deep dish pizzas. To ease removal from the oven, the pan is made of lightweight aluminum. For resistance to corrosion and discoloration, it is also anodized, and this hard coating creates a nonstick surface when seasoned.
