American Metalcraft HC28715 Description
The American Metalcraft HC28715 pizza screen's 15-inch diameter can support a large pizza. It's constructed of hard-coat anodized aluminum, which can bake thin-crust pizzas to a crispy finish and can be used in conveyor ovens. To reduce condensation buildup, the surface is perforated so air can flow through the 3⁄32-inch holes and around product. After use, it can be stacked with other pizza screens to conserve storage space.
