Pizza welded itself to this pan!

After receiving and washing, I made a pizza on this pan. Even though the bottom of the pizza dough was liberally coated with corn meal, the pizza dough absolutely welded itself to the pan and across 100% of its surface, and could not be removed without totally destroying the pizza (we were unable to salvage even one square inch of whole pizza). Apparently you need to season or oil these hard coated pans before any use, but there was no instructions about this. I'm afraid to use it again, and am going back to my similar but non-hard coated pan which never sticks.
