American Metalcraft HATP28 Description
For durability throughout frequent use in ovens, the American Metalcraft HATP28 pizza pan is constructed of 14-gauge aluminum. This metal heats evenly to reduce the risk of crust being burnt or undercooked to prevent product waste. Its 26-inch diameter accommodates an extra-large pizza, while its solid, flat surface is versatile enough to be used for baking and serving. Because its edges aren't raised, users can cut slices of pizza easily. To help stabilize pizza when the pan is removed from or inserted into the oven or served to a table, a wide rim is built into the edges.
