American Metalcraft HA90122 Description
Solid with a circular shape, the American Metalcraft HA90122 pizza pan is traditional among deep-dish pans. Its 2-inch depth enables dough to rise, and the 12-inch diameter is ideal for medium pizzas. It can also be used for stuffed-crust and pan pizzas, and its aluminum construction evenly conducts heat in the oven. Because this metal is 14 gauge, it has heavyweight strength. It has a tapered design for stacking in storage areas, and it should be washed by hand to prevent thinning on the metal.
