The 14-gauge aluminum construction of this American Metalcraft HA90082 deep-dish pizza pan offers heavyweight durability while evenly conducting heat in the oven. It measures 8 inches in diameter with a 2-inch depth, so it can be used for small deep-dish pizzas. Tapered sides accommodate nesting with other pans in storage. It isn't safe in the dishwasher, so it should be washed by hand with an aluminum-safe detergent.
