The 10-inch diameter and 1 1⁄2-inch depth of this American Metalcraft HA5110 pizza pan prove ideal for small deep-dish pizzas. Along with regional pies, it works well with stuffed-crust pizzas and novelty pan pizzas. It's made of 14-gauge aluminum—a heavyweight metal that uniformly conducts heat in the oven and resists wear and tear from daily use. This material isn't dishwasher safe, so it requires manual washing with an aluminum-safe detergent.
