American Metalcraft HA5017 Description
Great for large and extra-large pies, the American Metalcraft HA5017 pizza pan has a 17-inch diameter; its 2-inch depth can be used to create regional deep-dish pizzas and novelty pan or stuffed-crust pizzas. This pan is circular, and its straight sides maintain the dough's structure during the bake. Traditionally, straight-sided pans are less stackable than their tapered counterparts, but this pan has a self-stacking design for storage with like-sized pans. This 14-gauge aluminum pan's heavyweight construction supports heavy use and promotes uniform heat conduction.
