American Metalcraft HA5015 Description
The American Metalcraft HA5015 pizza pan's 15-inch diameter can be used to bake large pizzas; its 2-inch depth is shaped for deep-dish pizzas, stuffed-crust pies, and novelty pan pizzas. It has a traditional circular configuration, a solid bottom without perforations, and straight sides. Typically, straight-sided pans aren't stackable, but this pan's base and lip promote stacking with pans of the same size. It's made of 14-gauge aluminum, which is a heavyweight metal that evenly conducts heat.
