The 9-inch diameter of this American Metalcraft HA5009 pizza pan is great for small pies, and its 2-inch depth is intended for baking regional pizzas and stuffed-crust novelties. Its sides are straight but still can be stacked with other pans of equal size. Because it's made of heavyweight aluminum, this pan is durable and promotes uniform heat conduction while baking. This metal isn't dishwasher safe, so it should be washed manually with an aluminum-safe cleaner.
