American Metalcraft HA5008 Description
With its 8-inch diameter and 2-inch depth, the American Metalcraft HA5008 pizza pan can be used to bake small deep-dish pizzas. It has a traditional circular shape, a solid base without perforations, and straight sides. Even though these sides aren't tapered, they promote stacking in storage applications. Designed to absorb hot temperatures evenly in ovens, the aluminum construction conducts heat better than cookware alternatives. Although this 14-gauge metal is heavyweight, it can't be cleaned in a dishwasher.
