This American Metalcraft dough docker will resist corrosion, dents, scratches and stains because of its high quality one piece plastic construction. Dough dockers work by making tiny indentions in your dough so that when it bakes it eliminates aeration and bubbles in the dough so that you get a smoother pizza, wrap, or flatbread! Dough dockers are a staple piece of equipment in any bakery or pizzeria. The one piece core, plastic roller docker has one wheel with plastic points that will not stick or tear your dough but gently impress little indentations on it.
