American Metalcraft CAR9HC Description
The American Metal CAR9HC pizza pan's edges are unfinished, permitting staff to cut dough using a rolling pin. Their slanted structures enable stacking with other nesting pans. It's made of 14-gauge hardcoat aluminum, which conducts heat well and creates crispy pizza crusts. The hardcoat can't be washed in a dishmachine and must be seasoned before it's used.
