An excellent choice for producing extra-large, hand-tossed pizzas, the American Metalcraft CAR20 pizza pan has a 20-inch diameter and unfinished tapered edges that help staff cut dough to size. Made of 14-gauge aluminum with a solid bottom, it distributes heat across its surface equally and can be used to serve pies from oven to table. It can't be washed in a dishwasher and requires cleaning with aluminum-safe soap.
