American Metalcraft CAR19HC Description
Treated with a chemical process that turns its exterior into a dark aluminum oxide, the American Metalcraft CAR19HC pizza pan has a hardcoat that must be seasoned before use to give the pan a nonstick quality. Although it can't be washed in a dishwasher, the pan's 14-gauge aluminum construction is an efficient conductor of heat and bakes crusts evenly. Its solid bottom supports oven-to-table service. Because the pan has tapered edges, it stacks with other nesting pans to save space when stored.
