American Metalcraft CAR18 Description
Great for extra-large pizzas, the 18-inch-diameter American Metalcraft CAR18 pizza pan has an unfinished edge that enables staff to cut dough to size using a rolling pin, while the solid bottom enables oven-to-table service. Constructed of 14-gauge aluminum, this pan heats uniformly to provide evenly cooked pizzas. Although this pan provides a convenient single-vessel serving option, cutting pizzas directly on its surface will cause it to thin, and it cannot be washed in a dishmachine.
