American Metalcraft CAR17 Description
The American Metalcraft CAR17 solid pizza pan has tapered, unfinished edges that enable staff to cut dough to size using a rolling pin; the pan stacks with other tapered pans to save space. Because this pizza pan is made of 14-gauge aluminum, heat is transmitted evenly to provide a uniformly baked crust. While staff can provide oven-to-table service using this solid-bottom pan, cutting pies directly in the pan will cause it to thin over time. To prevent corrosion, it shouldn't be washed in a dishwasher.
