With its 14-inch top diameter and 13-inch bottom diameter, the American Metalcraft CAR14HC pizza pan can be used to bake large pizzas. It's made of hard-coated aluminum—a durable metal that transfers heat well for improved baking results. The tapered structure is 11⁄16 inches deep, so dough has ample space to rise, and after rolling out a sheet of dough, chefs can cut off excess with the unfinished sharp edge.
