American Metalcraft CAR14 Description
The American Metalcraft CAR14 pizza pan is made of 14-gauge aluminum—a heavyweight metal that withstands high-volume use and promotes even heat distribution in the oven. Although aluminum is heavy duty, it shouldn't be washed in a dishmachine; instead, it can be washed by hand with an aluminum-safe detergent. It measures 14 inches in diameter by 11⁄16 of an inch high, which is the perfect size for large pizzas. The edge is unfinished, so it has a sharp surface for cutting raw dough to the perfect size.
