American Metalcraft ADEP11 Description
Depending on the pizzeria's size guide, the 11-inch diameter of this American Metalcraft ADEP13 pizza pan can be used to make small or medium pizzas. It has a 1-inch depth and tapered sides to promote stacking in storage areas. This pan is made of standard-weight aluminum, so it uniformly distributes heat across its bottom. Being unsafe to run through the dishwasher, this metal should be washed manually with an aluminum-safe detergent.
