Its traditional circular design and straight, 1-inch-high sides result in a smooth, circular crust. Because this pan is made of 18-gauge aluminum, it's durable for heavy use and disperses heat uniformly. This material isn't dishwasher safe, so it must be washed by hand with an aluminum-safe detergent.
