American Metalcraft A4007 Description
The 7-inch diameter of this American Metalcraft A4007 pizza pan is great for serving up small pizzas. With its straight sides, this pan creates a smooth, circular crust, but without tapering, it can't be stacked with other pans. It's made of 18-gauge aluminum, which uniformly distributes heat during baking. This metal isn't safe in the dishmachine, so it should be washed by hand with a detergent safe for aluminum.
