American Metalcraft 7010 Description
The American Metalcraft 7010 pan cover can be placed on tapered pizza pans to preserve heat, retain freshness, and enable stacking. It measures 9 3⁄4 inches in inner diameter by 11 1⁄2 inches in outer diameter by 1⁄4 of an inch deep to fit 10-inch-diameter pans. Because it's made of 18-gauge aluminum, it's durable enough to withstand long-term use.
