American Metalcraft 7009 Description
Compatible with a variety of pan series, the American Metalcraft 7009 pan cover fits over 9-inch-diameter pans. It can be used as a cover to shield dough from contaminants or used as a stackable cover when operators have several pans of prepared pizza dough. Because it's made of 18-gauge aluminum, it's resistant to corrosion and durable for heavy use. The material isn't dishwasher safe, so the cover must be washed manually.
