Because the American Metalcraft 7008 pan cover measures 7 3⁄4 inches in inner diameter by 9 1⁄2 inches in outer diameter by 1⁄4 of an inch deep, it's compatible with 8-inch-diameter pizza pans. Its solid, circular structure helps preserve the quality of freshly baked pizzas, while the solid, 18-gauge aluminum withstands heavy use. When used with DEP8, 2008, and 9008 pans, it can be stacked with other pans.
