American Metalcraft 7007 Description
To ensure prepared pizzas are fresh for serving, the American Metalcraft 7007 pan cover fits 4007, 8007, 5007, and 5107 pans and can be used as a stacking cover for DEP7, 2007, and 9007 pans. It measures 6 3⁄4 inches in inner diameter by 8 1⁄2 inches in outer diameter by 1⁄4 of an inch deep to cover these 7-inch-diameter tapered pans. To withstand high-volume use, it's made of solid, 18-gauge aluminum.
