Featuring a hard coat, the American Metalcraft 18917PHC perforated pizza disk resists peeling, flaking, and chipping. It's made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, which is strong enough to endure repeated use; however, it is not dishwasher safe. The 17-inch-diameter pan has 275 perforated holes to enable uniform baking.
