This American Metalcraft 18712 pizza screen helps operators bake pies with crispy, evenly-browned crust because of a mesh surface that allows air to make direct contact with the bottom of the pizza. That mesh is made of durable expanded aluminum and the whole screen is seamless for easy cleaning and sanitation. The pan has a 12-inch diameter and should be hand washed only.

Love these screens!
I ordered pizza screens in three sizes - 9, 12, and 14 inches. We use the two smaller sizes to grill flatbread and pizza in our gas pizza oven outside, and the large screens for oven baked pizza. The screens make it easier to rotate the pizzas while keeping the crusts crisp. Great value, too!
