American Metalcraft 1597H Description
The American Metalcraft 1597H replacement oven brush replaces the head on 1597 and 1698 oven brushes. Baked-on product is scraped out of the oven with 65 tufts of stiff brass wire on one side of the head. On the other side, there is a steel scraper that resists corrosion. It measures 10 inches long.
