Digital Roasting Thermometer. Features: Temperature range from -4 F to +482 F (readings in F or C). Pre-set temps for beef, pork, veal, poultry and lamb based on USDA recommendations. Temperature settings can be set manually if desired. 2 temperature probes: In the tip (meat temperature reading) and in the handle (oven temperature). Oven temperature probe has safety alarm if oven temperature exceeds 482 F. Integrated timer for settings up to 10 hrs. Display language selectable from English, French or German. Magnetic back plate for easy placement on metal stoves. Pull out stand with silicone feet; stable and easy to read on counter. For use on grill or in the oven. Operates with commonly available lithium batteries (2 pieces of type CR2032). Lifetime Warranty
