The Ice-O-Matic ICE1806FW ice maker produces full-cube ice, with a maximum production of 1,832 pounds of ice per day. This modular ice maker requires a bin or ice dispenser to mount the unit onto. It is compatible with the sold-separately IFQ2 water filtration system, which removes sediment from incoming water and prevents scale buildup that can damage equipment over time. The condenser is water-cooled, meaning the unit requires extra water supply, but the condenser water does not need to be potable.

The ICE1806FW features a durable stainless steel exterior and has Ice-O-Matic's Pure Ice® antimicrobial protection. This protection helps slow the growth of bacteria, slime, and fungus, helping ensure the ice you serve your customers is clear and sanitary. The cuber also features the energy-efficient Harvest Assist, which uses the heat from hot gas to harvest completed ice in addition to a mechanical harvesting apparatus.
