This ice machine from Ice-O-Matic allows you to produce up to 960 pounds of ice per day in a small 30-inch-wide footprint. The half-cube ice made by the ICE1006HW ice machine head is 3⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch in size. The unit is compatible with the IFQ2 water filter manifold, which can help ensure you are serving your customers the cleanest, clearest ice possible. Ice-O-Matic's Pure Ice® compound helps impede the growth of harmful microorganisms such as fungus and bacteria.

The ICE1006HW uses Harvest Assist to ensure reliable ice production, using heat and pins to harvest ice quickly and efficiently. The evaporator plates are nickel-plated to make them durable and corrosion-resistant. Because this model is water-cooled, it requires two separate inlet and outlet connections for condenser water.
