The Ice-O-Matic ICE0806FW water-cooled ice machine makes full-cube ice at a rate of as much as 898 pounds of ice per day. At only 30 inches wide, this unit allows you to produce a high volume of ice in a small footprint. The evaporator plates are nickel-plated copper, which allows conductivity while ensuring durability, and Harvest Assist uses heat and pins on these plates to ensure quick harvesting for reliable ice production.

This ice machine features Ice-O-Matic's antimicrobial protection, Pure Ice®, which helps hinder the growth of fungus, bacteria, and slime inside the ice machine. To further ensure that you're serving sanitary ice, consider adding the IFQ1 water filter (sold separately), which removes sediment from the incoming water and reduces scale buildup on the inner workings of the ice machine. The machine's durable exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and durable plastic, making it ideal for use in commercial environments.
