Ice-O-Matic's ICE0500HT/B55PS half-cube ice maker combo is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and fingerprint-proof plastic for durability and easy cleaning. The machine produces up to 565 pounds of half-cube ice per day. That ice measures 3⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch, making it ideal for serving iced tea, soft drinks, and blended frozen drinks. It has a harvest assist mechanism that helps speed up ice production while reducing energy use and increasing its production capacity. Built-in antimicrobial protection slows bacterial growth on internal surfaces.

An included 510-pound storage capacity lets operators hold plenty of ice on hand to get through the busiest times of the day. A polyethylene lining slows the melting of ice by slowing the transfer of heat from the outside air. The bin's door slopes forward to provide clear, unimpeded access to the unit's interior. That door is built with long-lasting plastic that will not show smudges or fingerprints.
