The unique crystal shape of the ice provides a slow melting, tasteless, and odorless ice ideal for use in any beverages. Ice-O-Matic's handy water sensor eliminates low or no water failures and cannot be affected by adverse water conditions. The SystemSafe load monitoring system constantly checks workload, shutting down the system before a problem develops, preventing costly repairs
