Ice-O-Matic flake ice makers remove excess water by pushing flaked ice through an extrusion process. This undercounter flaked ice maker is constructed with a rugged stainless steel transport system that is enclosed in polyurethane insulation. The stainless steel finish of the exterior resists corrosion, dents, scratches, and dirt.
