What a bargain!
A handy thermometer that seems accurate. The steaks this weekend came off the grill at medium rare and medium, just as ordered. I like it when things work like they are supposed to work. I will say this, I somehow ordered the celsius ones... good thing the conversion is easy for me. If you prefer Fahrenheit, be careful when you order.
