This durable, long lasting full size perforated steam pan from Browne-Halco is ideal for use with steam stables. Constructed of 24 gauge stainless steel this steam pan is simple to clean and resists corrosions, dents, scratches and stains and is perforated to reduce moisture build up and allow for constant circulation of heat. Designed with reinforced edges to prevent the corners from bending these versatile full size perforated steam pans can from the freezer to the oven without repanning making this a time saving steam pan! This pan is full size and 2.5 inches deep to accommodate a variety of food sizes. Ideal for shrimp, vegetables, and meats this perforated full size steam table pan is an ideal addition to any restaurant with a steam table!

18/8 Stainless steel steam table pans are ideal for use in all steam tables. They have reinforced edges to prevent the corners from bending and can go from the freezer to the oven without repanning. NSF approved.
