Browne 575315 Description
Great for baking and serving large, thin-crust pizzas, the Browne 575315 pizza plate is made in a coupe style with a 15-inch diameter and slightly upturned edge. The aluminum construction disperses heat evenly across its entire surface to ensure a uniform bake, while the solid bottom means it can be used for direct service from the oven to tables. Though this pan offers a convenient, single-pan option, it isn't dishwasher safe; using a pizza cutter on it could cause the metal to thin or bend over time.
