Perfect for tempering sauces, chocolate, fondue and delicate food items that can't be prepared on direct heat, this Browne Foodservice Thermalloy stainless steel double boiler features an insert and cover so that you can get started preparing delicious foods right away! The heavy duty stainless steel construction features riveted handles for extra strength. The 1/4" aluminum sandwich bottom for superior heat conductivity resulting in faster more even heat distribution for better cooking. The polished, hollow "stay cool" handles are more comfortable to hold. Having a Thermalloy 20 qt double boiler takes the worry out of perfecting soups, sauces, and toppings!
