This stainless steel double boiler has a 16 qt capacity for making a variety of viscous foods. The heavy duty stainless steel construction features riveted handles for extra strength. The 1/4" aluminum sandwich bottom for superior heat conductivity resulting in faster more even heat distribution for better cooking. The polished, hollow "stay cool" handles are more comfortable to hold. Having a Thermalloy 16 qt double boiler takes the worry out of perfecting soups, sauces, and toppings!
