The Browne 5723916 Thermalloy® stock pot has a capacity of 16 quarts, perfect for simmering stews and soups. With the stainless steel, heavy-duty construction, this pot can be used with ceramic, electric, gas, halogen, and induction cooking. Rivets in the handle attachment provide strength for heavy use. The handles are comfortable to grip with their oversized design. Even heating and quick recovery are provided with the thick disk base on the Browne 5723916 Thermalloy stock pot. With the addition of the Browne 5724128 cover, more heat stays in the pot.
