With a power two-horsepower motor and a stainless steel cover, the unit has a 40-quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip and dough hook. It also has a variable speed drive with a speed range from 60 to 280 RPMs. With a durable powder-coated finish used on the outside surfaces not made from stainless steel, it operates manually from a single lever with the bowl raising and locking in position.
