This commercial heater/proofer is in a convenient under counter model, is heavy duty in design and has an easy dual proof/heat control for your convenience. The clear door allows you to monitor whatever you have inside and with the LED thermometer you can determine how hot the interior is. This heater/proofer can hold (10) 18 x 26 inch pans and the entire model is 21-1/8 in. W x 32 in. L x 30-2/3 in. H.
