Winholt AL-1820N Description
Engineered to conserve floor space when not in use, the Winholt AL-1820N pan rack features a nesting frame that supports compact storage between production cycles. An end-load configuration with bottom-load slides organizes pan placement across the full-height structure, while open sides maintain clear visibility and access at each level. Welded angle-type aluminum construction supports repeated use in prep and baking areas, and the rack supports either (40) 14-inch by 18-inch sheet pans or (20) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans using slides arranged at 3-inch spacing. Casters mounted at the base support controlled movement during transport and staging throughout the kitchen.
