Cambro VBRLHD5519 Description
An ideal option for healthy grab-and-go snacks in cafeterias, the Cambro VBRLHD5519 Versa Food Bar™ can be used to display fruits and vegetables, sandwiches, salads, and drinks. Because it operates without electric refrigeration components, it doesn't need to be hooked to a power source to keep product cold for hours. This serving buffet is designed for use with ice or optional ColdFest® crocks and Camchillers®, which are sold separately. With a large, 52 9⁄32-inch by 21-inch pan well, this model can hold four full-size 6-inch-deep pans or a combination of fractional pans.
The Cambro VBRLHD5519 serving buffet's overhead sneeze guards protect displayed food from potential contamination, and during transport, these guards can be folded down and in to reduce the unit's footprint. Mounted on heavy-duty swivel casters, the table is comfortable to move, and the molded-in end handles promote ergonomic maneuvering. Because it's made of double-wall polyethylene, this cold food bar resists rusting, denting, and breaking. The textured plastic hides scratches on the exterior, while its Kentucky green provides serving areas with an eye-catching pop of color.
