Cambro VBRLHD5186 Description
The Cambro VBRLHD5186 Versa Food Bar™ serving buffet can be installed in school, university, and healthcare cafeterias to provide guests with healthy grab-and-go options. It can be used to display drinks, fruits and vegetables, salads, sandwiches, and other snacks. To keep these products cold for hours with ice, this non-electric unit doesn't need to be hooked up to a power outlet. Easier to clean than ice, Camchillers® and ColdFest® crocks can be used in place of ice, but they're sold separately. The large holding well can accommodate full-size pans or a combination of smaller fractional pans, and this area is protected from potential contamination by overhead sneeze guards.
Constructed of double-wall polyethylene, the Cambro VBRLHD5186 low-height cold food bar has reliable strength that resists rusting, cracking, and breaking. Because the exterior is textured, it hides scratches, and the plastic is easy to clean after service. The plastic is navy blue, which blends in with other Versa buffet equipment, and so it's convenient to move around the cafeteria, this model is mounted on 6-inch swivel casters. This unit has a heavy-duty construction, and handles are molded into both ends for comfortable maneuvering. To minimize the footprint during transport, sneeze guards can be folded down.
