Cambro VBRLHD5158 Description
Engineered for use in cafeterias for healthy grab-and-go selections, the Cambro VBRLHD5158 Versa Food Bar™ serving buffet is ideal for salads, sandwiches, fruits and vegetables, and drinks. It maintains cold product temperatures for hours with ice, eliminating the need for an electric power source that refrigeration components require. For easier cleanup, this food bar can be used with Camchillers® or ColdFest® crocks instead of ice, but these accessories are sold separately. The large pan display well can accommodate four full-size pans or a combination of smaller fractional pans, and overhead sneeze guards help prevent contamination during service.
With 6-inch heavy-duty swivel casters, the Cambro VBRLHD5158 Versa cold food bar can easily be moved around cafeterias. Its molded-in handles promote comfortable, ergonomic maneuvering, while the sneeze guards can be folded down and in to minimize the unit's footprint during transport. Because it's made of double-wall polyethylene, this low-height buffet table is dent, break, and rust resistant. The material has a textured exterior that hides scratches to maintain a professional appearance, and this plastic comes in hot red—a color that adds a pop of color and matches other red Versa equipment and accessories.
