Cambro VBRLHD5110 Description
Ideal for grab-and-go salads, sandwiches, drinks, and snacks, the Cambro VBRLHD5110 Versa Food Bar™ can display healthy cafeteria options. It's designed to maintain cold temperatures for hours, while its non-electric operation eliminates the need for a power source. This design provides a high level of portability to increase display flexibility in service areas, and it can be used with ice or Cambro's Camchillers® and ColdFest® crocks or pans, which are sold separately. With a large, 52 9⁄32-inch by 21-inch pan well, this low-height buffet accommodates four full-size pans or a combination of smaller fractional pans.
Overhead sneeze guards are integrated into this Cambro VBRLHD5110 serving buffet to protect displayed food from potential contamination. Because these guards have a fold-down design, they don't take up additional space when the buffet is transported on its 6-inch heavy-duty swivel casters. For ergonomic maneuvering, this unit has molded-in handles on both ends, and it's made of double-wall polyethylene—a durable plastic that resists denting, breaking, and rusting. The exterior has a textured finish to hide scratches and can be wiped clean as needed. This cold food bar comes in black, which seamlessly blends in with other buffet equipment.
