Cambro VBRL5519 Description
Being an ideal option for grab-and-go snacks in school, university, and healthcare cafeterias, the Cambro VBRL5519 Versa Food Bar™ serving buffet can be used to display fruits and vegetables, sandwiches, salads, bottled drinks, and other healthy selections. Because it keeps food cold for hours without electric refrigeration components, it doesn't need to be connected to a nearby power outlet, giving operators flexibility during setup. This cold food bar is designed to be used with ice or optional ColdFest® crocks and buffet Camchillers® from Cambro, which are sold separately. With its large, 52 9⁄32-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep pan well, this model can hold four full-size 6-inch-deep pans or a combination of smaller fractional pans.
This Cambro VBRL5519 Versa cold food bar's overhead sneeze guards protect food displayed in the well from potential airborne contamination. During transport to storage or other serving locations, these guards can be folded down and in to reduce the unit's overall footprint. Mounted on 6-inch, braking swivel casters, the table is comfortable to move, and molded-in handles on each end promote ergonomic steering. Because it's made of easy-to-clean, double-wall polyethylene, this cold food bar is resistant to rusting, denting, cracking, and breaking. The textured plastic hides scratches on the exterior, and its Kentucky green pops with eye-catching color in service areas.
